30 Days of Slow Living

so remember that project i mentioned a few days ago?
well i'm ready to share it!

i talk about slow living on here a lot. it's a thought process and lifestyle that has honestly changed my health and well being in countless ways as it's become engrained into my daily life.
what is slow living?
in short: it's living your life with intention and mindfulness. it's taking the time to enjoy life's gifts in the various, often overlooked, forms they take. even when it requires extra steps and time-maybe even especially when.
SO.
starting tomorrow, February 1st, i'm starting a slow living project. and i want you guys to join in! for 30 days i'm going to intentionally do one thing each day to slow my life down and help me be more in the moment.
this could be anything from going for a walk, mending a pile of clothes, reading a book, writing a letter, listening to a record instead of Spotify, cooking a meal at home instead of going out—it is 100% up to you. it doesn't have to be instagramable or glamorous and you don't have to share it. just so long as you make the commitment to yourself to do it. and you can join in after the 1st of the month too! there really aren't rules. this is just to help foster the beginnings and stirrings and commitment of a different mindset and a healthier way of living.
if you want to participate use the hashtag #30daysofslowliving so we can all inspire each other and be held accountable!
