Friday's Letters

Dear November,
YOU ARE HERE?!
WHAT?!?

Dear Man Who Was Really Rude To Me At The Post Office,
You're not the most important person in the world ok??
Sometimes other people have important things to mail too.
Not just you.

Dear Two Donuts That I Ate For Breakfast Recently,
You were such a good choice.

Dear Immune System,
You need to bump it up a notch.
Summer vacation is over.

Dear Everyone,
Regardless of who you're planning on voting for on Tuesday, you should watch Obama 2016.
You can get it at any Redbox.

Dear Christmas,
As excited as I am for you, please please please take your time getting here!
Don't rush.
I want to enjoy the holiday season as long as possible.

To Knit List

Most of you who know me, know that I am a little (okay a lot) obsessed with knitting.
Between knitting new things here and there for the shop I, of course, make projects for myself.
Since it's been perfect knitting weather I have been perusing my knitting patterns and knitting websites and knitting boards on Pinterest a little more than usual and I have a plethora of things I want to make.

Here is a list of some that I hope to get to before the year's out!
(Or before next year's out... to be more realistic)

(Except with maybe a bunny instead?!)

Learn the daisy stitch (as seen on these handwarmers)

A Hot Water Bottle Cover
Or this one or this one
(After I get a hot water bottle of course...)

What about you?
Do you knit?
What's on your to knit list?

Morganne

Happy Tuesday!
Hope you all up are safe and sound after Sandy.

Today I am sharing, as promised, the photos of Morganne!
Isn't she gorgeous?
And seriously, how cute is she in Jordan's baseball hats?
Answer: So cute.

Jordan

Meet Jordan.

He loves baseball.
Which you will soon see once you start looking at the photos.
In fact he was very patient with me as I attempted to pretend that I knew more than I did about baseball, as I had him pose around the bases and such.
Sports just have never been one of my best attributes.
Or an attribute at all actually...
Anyway, we had a great afternoon and after getting used to me and my goofiness he warmed up to me and we bonded over our mutual craving for mexican food.
And, despite his Mom's beliefs, I even got him to smile a couple of times!
;)
His lovely girlfriend Morganne also came along and I got a few cute shots of them together as well, which are at the end.
See for yourself:

Check out more photos here.

Morganne actually was so photogenic that I couldn't resist getting a few extra shots of her that I'm going to share tomorrow.
So make sure you check back for that!
